Barwa Bank Lead Sponsor of Euromoney Islamic Finance and Investment Conference
Doha, Qatar - 24 February 2015 – Barwa Bank, Qatar's fastest growing Shari’ah-compliant service provider, was the lead sponsor of the Euromoney Islamic Finance and Investment Conference, held in London.
The two-day conference discussed significant topics such as the challenge of globalising Islamic capital flows, the Islamic financial institution strategy in the UK and Europe, financing European infrastructure with Shariah-compliant capital, amongst others.
Barwa Bank’s participation comes as part of the bank's efforts to support the comprehensive economic development and the international initiatives that touch on various aspects of Shari'ah-compliant banking.
