Yes. You will be able to conduct your business at any of our branches, both previous ibq and Barwa Bank branches will be at your disposal as of Sunday 10 November 2019 as per normal working hours.

Yes, you can use any branch for all your banking transactions.
At this time, your personal relationship manager will remain the same. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
You can continue to bank just as you always have, and count on service from the same expert staff members. Unless you are notified to the contrary, your cheques and cards will continue to work. If changes are required, we will notify you before the change takes effect.
You will be assigned a RIM, which is a unique customer number, to identify you within Barwa Bank databases. Please remember your RIM as it will be used to access your e-statements.
New account number(s) will be generated for your account(s); however you will be able to use your existing account number(s) until December 2020. All transactions, deposits and cheques associated with your existing account number(s) will be processed unchanged until December 2020.
If changes are needed in the future, you will receive advance notification, and we will assist you through the process.
Both your Barwa and ibq accounts will appear under your current Barwa Bank customer RIM number, but your accounts remain separate. If you wish to merge your accounts, you can do so by visiting any of our branches.
You may continue to use your ibq cheques until maturity, there is no need for new cheque books.
Once you request for a new cheque book, you will be then given a Barwa Bank one.
You may continue to use your current ATM/debit card and credit card. When your current cards expire, you will receive a new ATM/debit or credit card from Barwa Bank.
Your safe deposit box will not be affected.

No, the application will be disabled on Thursday 7 November 2019. You will need to download the Barwa Bank mobile application and use Barwa Bank internet banking that has enhanced features as of Saturday 9 November 2019.
You will be asked to register once, in simple steps and will be able to use the same login details to access the app and the internet banking platforms. A demo video and a detailed guide on how to register to the application is available, please click here to view.

Barwa Bank mobile app offers a wide range of features with enhanced functionalities.
As of November 2019, all customers who have opted in for e-statements will receive them electronically from Barwa Bank (email@example.com) to their registered email address. Customers who have not yet opted in will still receive printed paper statements.
The account and credit card statement cycles will remain unchanged.
